Job Purpose:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and increasing the market share of the company’s automotive products and services. The role requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry, client management skills, and the ability to work independently in a field-based capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through direct selling to clients in the automotive sector (dealerships, fleet managers, auto parts distributors, etc.).
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and engage new customers while nurturing existing relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients to present and demonstrate automotive products (cars, auto parts, services, etc.).
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with customers, prepare and present sales proposals, and close deals that align with company policies and objectives.
- Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, providing after-sales support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management in a timely manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and be self-motivated.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
