**About Us**: IMPHI is a leading cookware products company dedicated to providing exceptional products/services to our clients. We are seeking a proactive and driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

**Position Overview**: The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships through face-to-face interactions. This role requires a strong ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close sales in a variety of settings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor product/service offerings accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Attend industry events and trade shows as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within [specified region].
