**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive at Engineer Construction Wala. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying Education Sector and visit to institude and approch to civil student for join our course. maintaining and expanding Students database, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with clients. They will also be involved in negotiating contracts and reporting sales activities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the construction industry and local market
- Bachelor's degree in Civil

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
