**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold-calling to potential customers to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments for further discussions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with clients to present our products/services, discuss their requirements, and negotiate terms.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on lead generation activities, appointment scheduling, and client interactions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts using CRM software.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong cold-calling skills with the ability to effectively engage with potential customers and secure appointments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales and marketing.
- Previous experience in drafting sales proposals, presentations, and contracts is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
