Role & responsibilitiesThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive located in Pune. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for the following -Identify new leads, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and promoting products to increase salesPlanning and executing marketing and sales strategiesVisiting corporate offices and construction sitesCoordinating with accounts and dispatch team to ensure customer satisfactionFollowing up with customers to ensure timely paymentsNote : This job involves field work and requires daily travel in and around Pune (This is strictly a field job)Preferred candidate profileMin. experience of 5 years in plumbing or sanitaryware industry (mandatory ; freshers shouldn't apply)Strong Communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience in Sales and MarketingBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldPrior experience in the distribution business/real estate/projects is a plusWhat You'll GetSalary : As per industry standards (not a constraint for the right candidate)Incentive : Additionally ; As a % of sales you bring in (more you sell, more you earn)Yearly bonusAdditional support : Tele-caller to assist in follow-ups , info on new leads, technical and strategic guidance from expertsTraining : One week of training to help you understand the product and industry
