**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Construction Material Supply
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, builders, and developers, to promote construction materials.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and delivery schedules to clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote the company’s products.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and convey technical product specifications.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
