**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Identification and Data Collection**:

- Conduct in-depth research on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to identify potential business contacts and leads.
- **Market and Competitor Research**:

- Analyze target industries, market trends, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
- Research company profiles and decision-makers relevant to Syscraft Technologies' business goals.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools or databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Regularly clean and enrich data to ensure usability for sales and marketing campaigns.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align research activities with business objectives.
- Share actionable insights to help craft effective outreach strategies.
- **Tool Utilization**:

- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo.io, and CRM software to streamline research and data collection.
- Stay updated on emerging tools and techniques to improve efficiency.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Prepare comprehensive reports on research findings, including lead potential and market insights.
- Track and evaluate the success of leads converted into business opportunities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in social media research, lead generation, or a related role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in social media platforms, CRM systems, and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Excel.
- **Research Skills**: Strong ability to gather, verify, and organize information from online sources.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional accuracy in maintaining data quality.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to interpret research findings and provide actionable insights.
- **Ethical Awareness**: Knowledge of data privacy laws and ethical data sourcing practices (e.g., GDPR).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies and sales pipelines.
- Experience working in the IT software and hardware industry.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
