**Job Description**:
Digital Prapanch Advertising is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase leads and conversions for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to meet client objectives and goals.
- Manage and oversee all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategies as appropriate.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual content such as graphics, videos, and infographics for social media posts.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic recommendations for social media marketing.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, including key insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in social media marketing, preferably in an advertising agency or digital marketing firm.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads is a plus.
- Certification in social media marketing or digital marketing is desirable.
