We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Executive to join our fast-growing company, Fox Aircomm Private Limited. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and promote our services. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management.

**Qualifications And Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role
- Proficient in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Experience in creating engaging and shareable content, such as text, images, and videos
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to handle multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- Creativity and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our services and increase brand visibility
- Manage and regularly update our social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Create engaging and shareable content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with our brand image and appeals to our target audience
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments
- Interact and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of our social media campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cross-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and tools, and implement new strategies accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and implement them to maximize our reach and engagement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
