We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to manage customer accounts, generate leads, and support the sales pipeline for IT products, services, and solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound calls, lead qualification, and opportunity generation for IT products and solutions.
  • Manage relationships with assigned customer accounts and ensure follow-ups for ongoing opportunities.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Build multiple contacts within customer organizations across decision-making levels.
  • Respond to customer RFQ/RFP in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain CRM / internal tracking sheet and share weekly sales activity reports with management.
  • Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and internal teams to support closure of deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Any discipline); MBA/IT Sales experience is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Sales / Lead Generation / Tele-Sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Target-driven and comfortable handling outbound calling activities.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up & reporting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
