**Introduction**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Property Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for facilitating the purchase and sale of residential properties, guiding clients through the entire process from initial inquiry to closing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, build lasting relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of our real estate business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and consultations with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Showcase residential properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics to achieve optimal results.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections while ensuring a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and present purchase offers, counteroffers, and contracts, guiding clients through the negotiation and closing process.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
