**Experience**:

- **Minimum 2 years Experience** in Plot/Commercial sales
- Maximum 3 - 4 years experience in Real Estate.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant.

**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in Plots and Commercial properties. As a key player in our real estate division, you will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. If you have a passion for real estate, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales, we want you on our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a client portfolio
- Identify and pursue potential buyers for plots and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and consultations
- Negotiate and close property deals
- Provide exceptional customer service

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
