**Company Description**
**Role Description**
This is a full-time role as an Inside Sales Manager at CoachX.Live. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own and team's targets developing and implementing sales strategies and driving revenue growth. This is an on-site role located in Pune, India. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing leads, developing sales plans, conducting sales meetings, and analyzing sales data.
**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in sales or a similar role
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Degree in business administration or a related field
- Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
**Responsibilities**:
- Call Potential learners and engage with them on a daily basis
- Converting potential learners into paid customers
- Respond quickly to assigned leads
- Use and become an expert on the product and services.
- Keep updated with the product offerings and process changes
- Work on the lines of the highest ethical and moral standards as set by the company
Input Metrics/Daily Target
- 8 hours Shift and 6 working days in a week
- Deliver 150 calls & 3 hours of connected talk time daily
- Achieving Sales Targets on a month-on-month basis Input Metrics/Daily Target

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Proven experience of at least 6 months in Outbound Calling and telesales (EdTech sector or as an Education Counselor is an added advantage)
- Proficient in English and Hindi
- Pitching and dealing with clients' consistent follow-ups till you close the deal
- Disciplined with a learning mindset
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality
- Immediate Joiners with their own laptops
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
