**Job Overview: (Inside Sales Executive)**
As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and promote the company's products or services, building strong relationships with **HR Leaders** and meeting lead generation targets within a designated geographical area. You must be comfortable making of phone calls daily, working with channel partners, generating interest, and qualifying prospects. You will be the face of the company, interacting directly with potential customers and building strong relationships to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving outbound calls of the customers & articulating the value proposition as per customers need.
- Sales Prospecting: Identifying and researching potential customers and leads in the assigned territory or market. This involves cold-calling, networking, and using various tools to gather data.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and new prospects. Understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product/Service Presentation: Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of the company's products or services to potential clients. Tailoring presentations to match customer needs.
- Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Lead generation Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of lead generation activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets. Providing regular reports to the respective Reporting Manager.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team, marketing, and other relevant departments to coordinate efforts and support the overall sales strategy.
- Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with the company's product or service offerings, understanding the technical specifications, and being able to address customer inquiries effectively.

**Qualification and Requirements**:

- 1-5 years’ experience as Inside sales Executive
- Graduate/Undergraduate
- Ability to generate leads.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of the industry and the products/services being sold.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Positive Attitude: A go-getter attitude with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new sales tools and technologies

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
