**Inside Sales Executive**

**Role and Responsibility**: UG and PG Course Sales (Online)

**Location**: Mumbai
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales preferred; Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**:

- Contact potential students/leads generated through marketing activities (web inquiries, campaigns, references, etc.).
- Understand the student's requirements and provide guidance on the right UG/PG courses based on their career goals.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Follow up systematically and professionally with interested students to ensure conversions.
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions (phone/video) to explain course offerings, curriculum, fees, scholarships, and other key details.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with prospects.
- Build rapport with students and act as a trusted advisor for their educational journey.
- **CRM and Reporting**:

- Maintain updated records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM tool.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, sales pipeline, and conversion rates.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated about course offerings, academic content, new initiatives, pricing structures, and competitors.
- Provide feedback from prospective students to marketing and product teams to improve offerings.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to ensure seamless onboarding of students.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming sessions to improve the sales process.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to students.
- Ensure a high level of student satisfaction leading to positive word-of-mouth and referrals.

**Skills and Qualifications Required**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Persuasive, confident, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle high-pressure targets and timelines.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Graduate in any field (preferred); education or sales-related certifications will be a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable with phone/video-based interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
