**Job purpose**
The main purpose of this role is for calling leads, strong follow-up and updating the system.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Responsible for calling new leads and old lead databases.
- Updating the lead status in the Salesforce system.
- Follow-up for all leads in the system.
- Weekly reporting on leads.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- 1-2 years of experience in the Telesales/Real Estate Pre-Sales segment with business-level communication proficiency in all three languages (English, Hindi, Bengali)
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Presales calling (preferred)
- Good technical knowledge in using CRM and Computer system
- Age: Maximum 30 years
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
