Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and refine CRM strategies that drive user engagement, retention, and conversion across the customer lifecycle.

3. Build and manage audience segments based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.

4. Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to align messaging and customer journeys.

Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and optimize through A/B testing and analytics.

5. Use CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to implement personalized and scalable campaigns.

6. Develop re-engagement, win-back, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns tailored to customer behavior.

7. Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.

Stay informed on industry best practices and CRM trends, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in eCommerce or retail.

3. Strong expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Braze, or similar).

4. Proven ability to execute complex, data-driven campaigns at scale.

5. Proficiency in segmentation, user journey mapping, and marketing automation.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategy.

7. Excellent communication, copywriting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

8. Understanding of data protection laws and customer consent frameworks (e.g., GDPR, TCPA).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
