Manage and maintain the CRM system, including data entry, organization, and integrity checks.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their CRM requirements and provide support accordingly.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavior analysis.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve business decision-making and customer experience.
- Provide training and support to employees on how to effectively use the CRM system.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM technology and customer relationship management.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
