**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, and supporting CRM strategies to enhance customer retention, improve engagement, and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Manage and nurture customer relationships through CRM platforms, ensuring a positive customer experience and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- **Data Management**: Analyze customer data, segment audiences, and identify trends to support targeted marketing campaigns and personalized communication.
- **Customer Segmentation**: Support the segmentation of customer databases based on behavior, preferences, and demographics to deliver tailored communications and offers.
- **Reporting and Analytics**: Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, including metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and customer feedback. Provide insights for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on customer-focused strategies and messaging.
- **CRM Tool Management**: Assist in the day-to-day management of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- **Customer Retention**: Support initiatives aimed at improving customer loyalty and reducing churn by implementing effective retention strategies.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in CRM management, customer service, or related roles, preferably with exposure to CRM tools and software.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze customer data and extract actionable insights to improve campaigns and business strategies.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages for different customer segments.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in customer data, campaign execution, and reporting.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions to enhance customer experience and CRM campaign effectiveness.

**Education**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
