We’re looking for a **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive** who can deliver an exceptional post-sales experience and strengthen our client relationships.

**Role Overview**

The **CRM Executive** will be responsible for handling customer interactions after booking, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely communication and satisfaction throughout the client journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Handle post-sales communication and documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and legal teams for client requirements.
- Update and maintain CRM software with customer records and progress.
- Respond to client queries, feedback, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Track payment schedules, send reminders, and follow up on pending dues.
- Assist clients with registration, possession, and handover formalities.
- Prepare and share regular customer status reports with management.
- Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in **real estate CRM / post-sales / customer handling** (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (knowledge of real estate CRMs is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
