We are looking for an enthusiastic **CRM Telecaller** with at least **6 months of experience** in managing customer relationships through telephonic communication. As a CRM Telecaller, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, managing customer queries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers are engaged, their issues are addressed promptly, and their information is updated in our CRM system.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**: Make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage with existing and potential customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.
- **CRM Data Management**: Update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information (contact details, service requests, feedback, etc.).
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests, resolving them efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Retention**: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are being met and encourage continued business engagement.
- **Maintain Relationships**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and support.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and report customer feedback and suggestions to help improve services and customer experience.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Accurately log interactions in CRM, track progress, and report any issues to management.
- **Customer Verification**: Ensure all customer details are correct and up-to-date, verifying and validating customer information as required.
- **Compliance**: Follow company guidelines and policies when handling customer interactions and ensure the privacy and security of customer data.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of experience in CRM, customer service, or telecalling roles.
- **CRM Knowledge**: Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and with empathy.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail for accurate data entry and record-keeping in CRM systems.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to meeting overall CRM goals.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and navigate CRM systems while engaging with customers.
**Educational Qualification**:
- **Minimum Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (12th grade).
- **Preferred Qualification**: Graduate in any field.
