**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain customer data within the Far Vision ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize Far Vision ERP to track customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback, and generate reports as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-possession.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolve any issues effectively.
- Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the sales team by providing customer insights, generating leads, and assisting in the sales process.
- Assist in the planning and execution of customer engagement events and activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer relationship management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes and systems.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- **Proven experience and good working knowledge of Far Vision ERP is mandatory.**:
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with other CRM software and tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and customer dynamics.
