**Job Role**: Growth Marketing Associate

**Work Experience**: 0-1 Year

In this role, you will be working for both B2B and B2C clients in setting up their HubSpot CRM, marketing and sales processes. You will be planning, monitoring, and implementing the setup customized to their business (don't worry - we'll be teaching you everything with regards to the technical aspect.)

All in all, you're a hustler who has knowledge of the HubSpot stack and is open to learning while you start owning the processes here at Growtomation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand client's requirements in detail and figure how HubSpot should be set up for them.
- Create all kinds of workflows (process-based, campaign-based) in Hubspot CRM
- Create smart lists, filters, and views, etc. in Hubspot
- Aware of all the admin level setting in Hubspot
- Create pipelines in Hubspot - contacts, sales, services (as per how client's business is)
- Create basic and advanced reports on Hubspot.
- Client communication
- Account ownership - Planning deliverables, delegation and project management

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Must have excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Must be HubSpot Certified (or not, we’ll help guide your way around it)
- 3 months of hands-on experience working with HubSpot
- Analytical Mindset - should be able to grasp requirements quickly and get started
- Willing to work in a Startup culture and small team
- Experience of working as a digital marketer (B2B preferred)
- Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days, more daunting on some others)
- It’s an added advantage if you’re comfortable with HTML and CSS. You don’t have to code but you should be able to make minor changes in the HTML/CSS.
