You should have been a **core driver** behind a startup’s **explosive growth with experience taking startups 100x growth**, bringing **nonconventional and high-impact strategies** to user acquisition, lead generation, and marketing campaigns. This is an opportunity to **reshape how growth happens**, experiment with bold ideas, and scale a **high-velocity trading platform** at a global level.

**Experience Requirements**:
**Experience Level**:

- **5+ years of experience** in **growth marketing, digital acquisition, or performance marketing**.
- **Must have played a key role in a hyper-growth startup’s success**.
- Experience in **fintech, crypto, trading, or mobile-first platforms** is a **plus**.
- Strong background in **paid media, organic growth hacking, and community building**.
- Comfortable working in **fast-paced, high-iteration environments**.

**Marketing & Growth Expertise**:

- **Paid Acquisition**: Deep expertise in **Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and influencer collaborations**.
- **Viral & Referral Marketing**: Ability to design **campaigns that spread organically** and drive exponential growth.
- **Unconventional Growth Tactics**: You thrive on **out-of-the-box strategies** and **creative acquisition hacks**.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: You use **analytics, conversion tracking, and A/B testing** to optimize growth.
- **Community & Engagement**: Ability to **activate and retain users** through strong brand storytelling and community marketing.
