**Job Summary**:
The **Digital Marketer and SEO Executive** will enhance Studio Arunisha’s and its clients' online visibility, engagement, and conversions. The role demands a strategic, data-driven marketer with deep SEO and digital marketing expertise to execute strategies aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
**Key Responsibilities:SEO Strategy and Execution**:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page & off-page).
- Conduct technical SEO audits and improve site performance (schema markup, XML sitemaps, AMP pages).
- Execute link-building strategies through outreach, guest blogging, and partnerships.
- Optimize content for voice search and emerging trends like featured snippets.
- Use advanced SEO tools for competitive analysis, keyword opportunities, and rank tracking.
**Digital Marketing Campaigns**:
- Collaborate with designers and content creators for engaging multimedia content.
- Manage budgets for paid campaigns and optimize ROI.
**Content Marketing & Optimization**:
- Develop a content strategy to drive organic traffic and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of long-form content, videos, infographics, and more.
- Implement content optimization strategies like internal linking, content pruning, and updates.
- Leverage influencer partnerships and user-generated content to expand reach.
**Analytics and Continuous Improvement**:
- Set up advanced tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager) and provide performance reports.
- Analyze data across platforms to track user behavior and ROI.
- Use A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign and website performance.
- Present insights and actionable strategies for growth to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new technologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related fields.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and SEO, ideally in a creative agency.
- Strong expertise in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Experience with PPC management (Google Ads, social media).
- Excellent communication skills and content creation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems is a plus.
