- **STUDIO ARUNISHA (DesDose)**_is looking for a talented and results-driven _**Digital Marketer**_to join our team. As a Digital Marketer, you will play a key role in executing our digital marketing strategy, optimizing our online presence, and driving engagement across multiple channels. If you're passionate about digital marketing, have a creative mindset, and a knack for analytics, we'd love to meet you_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to meet performance goals (ROI, CTR, conversions, etc.)_
- _Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites to increase brand visibility and user engagement._
- _Track and analyse performance data (e.g., website traffic, social media metrics, campaign performance) and provide actionable insights._
- _Collaborate with the design, content, and product teams to create compelling and cohesive marketing materials._
- _Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media to drive innovation._
- _Monitor competitors' activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth._
- **Requirements**:_
- _Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field._
- _Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)_
- _Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends._
- _Excellent communication and organizational skills._
- _Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment._
- **Preferred**:_
- _Experience in content creation and graphic design (basic skills in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.)_
- _Knowledge of web design, HTML, or content management systems is a plus._
