Performance Marketer

About the Company

PlanetSpark is an Indian-based education and learning community founded by two graduates from XLRI Jamshedpur, Kunal Malik and Maneesh Dhooper. It is an intermediary technology platform which provides online classes to K8 learners on English Communication, Public Speaking, Grammar, Creative Writing, Debating, Vlogging and other 'new age' skills. They are on a mission to build a generation of confident public speakers and creative writers.

Position Overview

We're looking for a driven performance marketer in their mid-20s, someone eager to dive into mega-budget campaigns across diverse industries like personal care, FMCG, electronics, and automotive. Skills and Qualifications

Learning Appetite: A relentless thirst for knowledge. Every task is a new adventure in learning.

Experience: 2-3 years in the trenches of performance marketing with a solid grasp of Google and/or Meta platforms. Bonus points for experience

with other platforms.

Education amp; Certification: Technical or marketing background preferred, but we're more interested in your skills and drive than degrees. Google Ads search/Display/Video/Shopping, (at least 2 Google Certification preferred). Facebook Certified Media Planning Professional/ Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate

Analytical Prowess: Strong in analytics and campaign planning. Having Client communication skills even better.

Communication Skills: Basic skills are great, but if you can wow us in presentations, you're golden.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace and/or Project Management tools.

Digital Campaign Mastery: Lead the charge in executing impactful digital campaigns. Manage multi-channel marketing strategies that resonate with our audiences. Your playground includes paid promotions, advertising, and video ads, all aligned with our client's business goals both long and short-term.

Data Wizardry: Dive deep into campaign analytics. Your mission is to optimize targeting, refine segmentation, and present your groundbreaking findings to the top brass. Knowing GA4 is a hygiene here-knowing looker studia would be a plus.

Collaborative Strategy Crafting: Be the glue that binds different departments. Your collaborative efforts will steer marketing programs to new heights.
