**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated Associate - Growth Marketing Operations to be a key player in implementing and optimizing our growth strategies. You’ll work closely with the growth team, executing communication campaigns across multiple channels and ensuring seamless operations with channel partners.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Execution**:

- Plan and execute communication campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, Push Notifications, In-App Messages).- Collaborate with design and project teams for timely execution.- Create messaging content and coordinate with the creative team.**Monitoring & Optimization**:

- Analyze the impact of campaigns and iteratively improve them.- Conduct daily monitoring to optimize effectiveness.**Customer Communication**:

- Engage with target users to ensure project success.**Operations Management**:

- Act as the point of contact for channel partners to address operational challenges.- Oversee consumption for invoicing and maintain partner communications.**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with design, partnerships, retention, data, and vendor teams.**Must-Have Skills**:

- ** Campaign Management Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in setting up and executing campaigns across channels (WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, Push Notifications).- ** Proficiency in CleverTap or Similar CDP**:

- Hands-on experience with a Customer Data Platform like CleverTap for managing campaigns and user engagement.- ** Operational Hustle**:

- A track record of proactive problem-solving and operational efficiency.- ** Data Recording and Analysis Skills**:

- Experience in using tools like Excel to track campaign performance and generate insights.- ** Collaboration Across Teams**:

- Ability to work across teams, aligning goals and maintaining efficient workflows.
