**Job Title**: Sales Associate
**Location**: Gurugram
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years (Freshers can also apply)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Generate and qualify leads, and follow up with prospective clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate or relevant role (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Willingness to travel as needed
