Channel Partner Relationship Executive

**Role Purpose**
To build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, architects, builders, and system integrators. Ensure smooth onboarding, training, ERP adoption, and business support while driving customer satisfaction and regional growth for **Smart Node**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Onboard and manage channel partners, architects, and builders
- Provide product training, demos, and project documentation support
- Assist partners in ERP usage, order placement, and sample processes
- Identify and develop new partner opportunities in the region
- Collect competitor and pricing intelligence
- Act as the single point of contact for resolving partner/customer queries
- Maintain CRM records and submit timely reports
**Key KPIs**
- Partner onboarding per quarter
- Number of training/workshops conducted
- ERP adoption and documentation compliance
- Sample-to-order conversion rate
- Customer/partner satisfaction feedback
- Timely CRM updates and reporting
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of B2B client management or channel partner handling experience (Automation/IoT preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
