**Inside Sales Role (1-2 Years’ Experience)**

**1. Experience & Background**
- 1-2 years of proven experience in **B2B inside sales / lead generation / tele-calling**.
- Exposure to **domestic (India) and UAE markets**.
- Prior experience in **IT services, SaaS, or technology sales** is an advantage.

**2. Skills & Competencies**
- **Excellent communication skills** (English mandatory)
- Strong **cold calling and lead qualification** ability.
- Proficiency in using **CRM tools** (Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Ability to research, identify, and reach decision-makers.
- Confidence in handling **objections and follow-ups**.

**3. Responsibilities (High-level)**
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Support **sales campaigns for Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Staffing Services**, etc.
- Meet weekly/monthly **targets for calls, meetings, and conversions**.

**4. Personal Attributes**
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent.
- Comfortable with structured daily calling schedules.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (to match **UAE business hours** if required).

**5. Education**
- Graduate degree (Business/Marketing preferred, but not mandatory if experience aligns

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
