Please note that this is a full time on site job in Goregaon East, Mumbai - India.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute dishes as per standardized recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Monitor portion sizes and plating to meet quality standards.
- Prepare dishes such as cold coffees, pizzas, sandwiches and burgers.
- Coordinate with vendors for proper stock receiving, storage, and inventory management.
- Conduct quality checks on received goods, expiration verification, and rejecting substandard items.
- Track ingredient usage, minimize waste, and optimize stock levels.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety within the kitchen.
