_**Job Description: Pizza Chef**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook pizzas in accordance with menu specifications
- Monitor pizza cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and taste
- Prepare and portion ingredients, such as sauces, cheeses, meats, and vegetables
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including cleaning equipment and utensils
- Coordinate pizza orders with kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management for pizza ingredients
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on pizza trends, techniques, and new ingredients to enhance menu offerings

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a pizzeria or Italian restaurant
- Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, stretching, and baking techniques
- Skill in working with a wood-fired oven or commercial pizza oven
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pizzas
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary certification or formal training in cooking is a plus

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
