**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Pizza Preparation:

- Prepare fresh dough, sauces, and toppings daily
- Make various styles of pizza (hand-tossed, thin crust, stuffed crust, etc.)
- Cook pizzas in ovens to the perfect temperature, timing, and texture
- Monitor food preparation and presentation standards

Inventory & Cleanliness:

- Maintain and manage stock of ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) for inventory usage
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitization, and food safety practices
- Follow all food hygiene and safety standards (FSSAI compliance if applicable)

Coordination & Efficiency:

- Coordinate with front-of-house staff for timely orders
- Prepare items based on order dockets or KOT system
- Minimize food wastage through proper portion control
- Assist in training kitchen helpers or junior chefs if required

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or Cook in a pizzeria/QSR
- Knowledge of dough proofing, fermentation, and baking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen under pressure
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, ovens, and safety procedures
- Team player with strong organizational skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
