**job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pizza Preparation**:

- Prepare pizza dough from scratch according to established recipes and procedures.
- Hand-stretch dough to the desired size and thickness, ensuring consistency and quality.
- **Cooking and Baking**:

- Operate pizza ovens and monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.
- Rotate pizzas in the oven as needed to achieve even cooking and golden brown crusts.
- Remove pizzas from the oven and slice them into portions for serving.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect pizza ingredients for freshness and quality, discarding any items that do not meet our standards.
- Ensure that pizzas are cooked and presented according to our quality and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pizza preparation area and kitchen.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate pizza orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with servers and other front-of-house staff to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks and duties as needed, including dishwashing, food prep, and cleaning.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Pizza Maker or similar role in a pizzeria or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques, dough preparation, and baking methods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation standards.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
