- Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
- **Dough and Topping Management**:

- Prepare and manage pizza dough, including kneading, proofing, and stretching.
- Source, prepare, and maintain a stock of fresh toppings and ingredients.
- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Operate and maintain pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment.
- Monitor food storage and inventory to minimize waste and maintain cost-efficiency.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely food delivery.
- Train and mentor junior staff on pizza preparation techniques.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Maintain a strong understanding of customer preferences and dietary requirements.
- Accommodate special requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar culinary role.
- Expertise in dough preparation, hand-stretching, and pizza oven operation.
- Knowledge of classic and contemporary pizza recipes.
- Certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent training is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
