**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Roll, stretch, and shape dough by hand or machine
- Prepare pizza sauces, toppings, and other ingredients daily
- Operate ovens and ensure pizzas are cooked evenly and on time
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies when needed
- Follow food safety regulations and ensure quality control at every stage
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Suggest new recipes or improvements based on customer feedback and trends

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a pizza chef or in a similar role in a restaurant or pizzeria
- Skilled in preparing different styles of pizza (thin crust, Neapolitan, wood-fired, etc.)
- Good understanding of dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure and during busy hours
- Strong attention to detail and passion for quality food
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
