**Job Title**: Pizza Chef

**Job Overview**:
As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas while ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet established standards. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and contribute to the creation of a positive dining experience for customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Pizza Preparation**: Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings following established recipes and techniques.

**Pizza Assembly**: Skillfully assemble pizzas, ensuring even distribution of ingredients and adherence to portion control standards.

**Cooking**: Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment to cook pizzas to perfection, maintaining consistent cooking times and temperatures.

**Quality Control**: Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of pizzas meet established standards. Conduct taste tests and make adjustments as needed.

**Menu Development**: Collaborate with management to develop and refine pizza menu offerings, including seasonal or specialty pizzas.

**Ingredient Management**: Monitor and manage pizza ingredients, including freshness, quantity, and inventory levels. Place orders as necessary.

**Food Safety**: Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

**Customer Service**: Interact with customers when necessary, providing information about pizza options and accommodating special requests.

**Kitchen Organization**: Keep the pizza station clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary ingredients and tools.

**Training**: Train and mentor kitchen staff, if applicable, to ensure they follow proper pizza preparation and cooking procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or Pizzaiolo in a pizzeria, restaurant, or similar establishment.
- Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, sauce making, and pizza assembly.
- Familiarity with different types of pizza ovens and cooking techniques.
- Attention to detail in terms of ingredient placement and portion control.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

**Skills**:

- Pizza dough preparation and shaping.
- Pizza assembly and topping distribution.
- Proficiency in pizza oven operation.
- Creativity in developing and refining pizza recipes.
- Organization and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
