We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated **Sales Representative** to join our team for a **US-based Web Design Sales process**. This is a **work-from-home** opportunity that requires excellent outbound sales skills and strong communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound cold calls to US and Canadian businesses
- Introduce and pitch web design and digital services to potential clients
- Build relationships, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Maintain proper call logs and CRM updates
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Handle rejections positively and maintain a consistent calling effort

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum **2 years** of outbound telesales experience (preferably in US process)
- Proven track record in cold calling and high-ticket sales
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working night shifts from home
