About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary goal will be to bring in new clients for our digital marketing services, including social media marketing, website designing, branding, and performance marketing.

You'll play a key role in driving growth by identifying leads, pitching services, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of digital marketing solutions.
  • Pitch our services effectively and communicate the value of digital marketing for their business growth.
  • Generate qualified leads through online/offline networking, social media, and personal connections.
  • Coordinate with the internal marketing and creative teams for proposal preparation and client onboarding.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure a smooth handover to the project team.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and report performance regularly.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (social media, SEO, websites, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Prior experience in sales or client acquisition (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.

Compensation:

Incentive-Based — Earn 8% commission on each successful client project you bring in.

(No fixed salary; performance-driven role.)
