**Role: Recruiter**
**Basic Functions**
The Recruiter will act as an individual contributor The recruiter may carry a full or partial workload depending on their assigned responsibilities.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Acts as the primary / secondary interface with the Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provides back up coverage for the manager as needed.
- Maintains accountability for the entire recruiting process as defined by the client.
- Prioritize daily workload/tasks as a Recruiter
- Consults with hiring manager and follows processes to achieve SLAs/metrics.
- Leads initial consultations with hiring managers on requisition definition and potential sourcing strategies.
- Conducts external searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc.)
- Utilizes advanced internet mining techniques.
- Identifies and researches recruiting events.
- Identifies and researches new innovative and creative sourcing methods.
- Develops and maintains a high volume of referrals.
- Creates compliant and impactful postings.
- Effectively screens and counsels internal applicants and manages the internal applicant process.
- Manages hiring managers expectations appropriately.
- Identifies and initiates local recruiting events.
- Leads and/or participates in sourcing projects.
- Builds networks across all channels.
- Maintains a clear and accurate understanding of the entire recruiting process as defined by the client.
- Demonstrates solid business knowledge in multiple industries and effective business acumen
- Executes accurate data capture and timely reporting on key staffing metrics in client’s ATS and/or other tracking mechanism such as Excel
- Follows processes to achieve SLAs/metrics.
**Experience/Education**:
- 2-5 years recruiting experience. Including proactive/passive sourcing experience in what capacity (work related): Recruiting in a niche market with a specialized skill set is required. staffing /TA or corporate recruiting is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

- Demonstrates expertise in generating talent (multiple types of talent pools) through networking and creative sourcing methods
- Develops sourcing plans and participates in recruiting events
- Demonstrates solid business knowledge in multiple industries, job families and talent pools; including niche areas where appropriate
- Utilizes problem solving and root cause analysis skills
- Accurately captures data and reports key staffing metrics in a timely manner
- Must have the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software programs.
- Operational experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System preferred.
- Executes accurate data capture and timely reporting on key staffing metrics in client’s ATS and/or other tracking mechanism such as Excel
- Effectively manages a requisition load
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Internet
