**Position Overview**: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiters/TA Specialists to achieve the full cycle recruitment process across all functions, primarily sales, dispatch, and operations roles supporting US logistics. The role is based out of our both Gurgaon & Bangalore offices and **requires working during US hours (night shift)**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, ranging from Business Development Executives to senior leadership roles across Pan India.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Track and report recruitment metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs
- Supervise a small team or recruitment support staff as required Collaborate with HR operations for onboarding and documentation
- **Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2-4 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of US logistics or BPO industry hiring preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using Keka ATS and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
