**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the event management or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Creative and resourceful in sourcing and attracting top talent.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based at our company headquarters.
- Flexible hours and occasional travel may be required to attend recruitment events or job fairs.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
