**job Responsibility**
- Create and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms.
- Ensure job postings are appealing and accurately reflect the role and company culture
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each role.
- Assist hiring managers in making informed selection decisions
- Data Management and Reporting
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire, to assess and improve recruitment strategies.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- **Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
