**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels to identify and attract top talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform recruitment strategies.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring a wide range of talent is considered.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within IT or consulting sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of recruitment best practices, particularly in IT or tech-driven industries.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and support cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
