**IT Recruiter ( 1-3 year) - Hybrid ( Full time Job)**
- Identifying and attracting top IT talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide support in drafting and posting job descriptions and advertisements.
- Assist in building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on recruitment strategies and best practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
