**Job Title**: Business Development Associate (EdTech - Night Shift)

**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Work from Office)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and provide suitable course recommendations.
- Follow up on leads, maintain strong client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- **Technical Requirement**: Must have a personal laptop.
- **Shift**: Night Shift (US process).
