**Job Title**: Business Development Associate (EdTech) - Night Shift

**Location**: Work From Office
**Salary**: Up to ₹5 LPA
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
**Shift**: Night Shift (US/International Market)
**Equipment**: Must have a personal laptop

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing learners.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the **night shift** (US/International process).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and learning.
- Must own a **laptop** and be comfortable working from the office.
