As a Business Development Associate in the EdTech sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our organization by identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with educational institutions, and promoting our innovative learning solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of educational technology.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Market Research**: Identify and target potential clients within the education sector, including schools, colleges, and corporate training departments. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the EdTech space.
- **Client Engagement & Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions, corporate clients, and training professionals. Engage with clients through calls, webinars, seminars, and industry events.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies. Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that align with the needs of educational clients.
- **Negotiation & Deal Closure**: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- **Product Knowledge & Feedback**: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our EdTech products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential clients. Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
