To strengthen our global outreach, we are seeking motivated Business Development Associates to join our night shift team and drive impactful engagement with international learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective students/leads via calls, emails, and virtual meetings during night shift hours.
  • Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses/programs.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, counseling, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Build strong relationships with potential learners to ensure long-term trust and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve outreach and learner experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development (EdTech/Edutech experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts to cater to international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite is a plus.
